Experienced in helping clients to optimise all elements of their event operations to move beyond the role of a cost-effective business enabler and become a source of competitive advantages. I’m knowledgeable in the intellectual property (IP) aspects of contracts and agreements to pinpoint specific client growth opportunities.
My focus is aimed at partnership innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, event service operations and capital asset programmes to drive both growth, profitability and to shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of my clients and my own quality criteria.
